We've just recently rolled out one of the most requested updates for multi-location merchants on Bumpa: Terminal by Location. Every location you run on Bumpa now has its own dedicated Bumpa Terminal Business Bank Account, automatically. Payments, orders, and reconciliation are all tied to the right location without you lifting a finger.

Every Location Gets Its Own Terminal Automatically

There’s no setup or action needed. Every active location on your Bumpa account now has a dedicated terminal assigned to it. You'll receive an email and a push notification once yours is live and ready to go.

And going forward, any new location you create on Bumpa will automatically get its own terminal too. You'll never have to think about it.

Everything is Displayed by Location Everywhere

This is where it gets really good. Terminal details now update dynamically based on whichever location you're working from across your entire Bumpa experience. Website Checkout, POS, Invoices, Wallet Dashboard, App Dashboard, Payment Methods; everywhere you look, you're seeing the right terminal for the right location.

No more second-guessing. No more switching between accounts. Just clean, accurate information wherever you are in the app.

Record Orders the Right Way, Every Time

When you record an order as paid via Terminal, only transactions tied to that location's terminal will appear. Which means no more scrolling through payments from your other stores to find what you need.

PDF Invoices Now Show Location-Specific Terminal Details

For NGN orders, your PDF invoices will automatically display the terminal details for the location where the order was created. More accurate invoices, more professional presentation, zero extra work from you.

Manage All Your Terminals In One Place

Head to the Terminal page on your mobile app or web app, and you'll find everything in one place. From there, you can:

• View all your terminals across every location

• Edit terminal names to keep things organised (available to Tier 2 merchants)

• Generate a new terminal if you ever need one

• Create terminals for locations that currently don't have one

Filter Wallet Deposits by Location

Reconciliation just got a serious upgrade. You can now filter your wallet deposit transactions by location, making it easier than ever to track how each store is performing and keep your books clean.

Your Team Can See What They Need and Nothing More

Staff accounts can view terminal details on the dashboard so they have what they need to do their jobs. But they cannot access the Wallet, so your financial information stays exactly where it belongs, with you.

How Do You Get Started?

You don't have to do anything. If you have active locations on Bumpa, your terminals are already set up, and you've been notified. Just open your Bumpa app or head to the web app, go to the Terminal page, and everything is waiting for you.

If any of your locations are missing a terminal, you can create one directly from the Terminal page in seconds.
