What’s New This Month for Your Business (November 2025)

This month, we’re helping you keep more of your money, move faster when customers pay, and stay in full control of how you sell with things like discounted transaction fees to instant settlement, smarter payment settings, and new withdrawal options. 

Everything we shipped last month is designed to help you wrap up 2025 with less stress and more money in your pocket.

Here’s what we shipped in November:

1. Lower Transaction Fees = More Profit in Your Pocket

The end of the year is creeping fast, and that means massive discounts and tighter margins for you. 

So we did something to help you keep more of your money where it belongs: in your business and in your pocket.

We’ve partnered with your favorite payment providers to slash transaction fees by up to 30% on all website payments! Yes, you read that right, lower fees across the board:

• Paystack: now 1.2% (was 1.5%)

• Pocket: now 0.5% (was 1.8%)

• Nomba: now 1.2% (was 1.3%)

This will only last for the holiday promo (November and December only), so if there was ever a time to drive traffic to your Bumpa store, this is it. 

Every single order puts more profit back in your hands, giving you more money you can use to boost ads and restock faster.

2. Choose How You Get Paid (POS & Manual Orders Just Got Smarter)

Not every business likes cash. Not every seller wants all payment options showing up when staff are taking orders. We get that, and now you’re in full control.

You can now customise the payment methods that appear when recording manual orders or using Bumpa POS.

So if you want to turn off cash payments, hide transfers, or only allow cards, you can.

• Your team stays on the same page

• No more wrong payments or mix-ups

• Your records stay clean and organised

It’s your store. You decide how money comes in.

Just head to your settings (payment methods), select the payment options you want visible, and that’s it.

3. Wallet Withdrawal Limits: Now Clearer, Smarter, and Tiered

We’ve updated how wallet withdrawals work, not to slow you down, but to give you more visibility and control.

Here’s the breakdown:

Accounts on Tier 1 get:

• ₦1,000,000 per single withdrawal

• ₦1,000,000 total per day

Accounts on Tier 2 get:

• ₦5,000,000 per single withdrawal

• ₦10,000,000 total per day

If you’re wondering:

• Single withdrawal limit = the highest amount you can withdraw in one transaction.

• Daily limit = the total amount you can withdraw in a full day (across multiple withdrawals). It resets every 24 hours.

So, what’s new?

• Your current limits are now clearly displayed on the KYC Tier page

• On the withdrawal screen, you’ll now see a custom range preview so you don’t overstep

Want higher limits?

Check your current tier, and if you’re eligible for an upgrade, request it right from your dashboard.

4. Apple Subscription Fees: What You Should Know

If you subscribed to Bumpa through the iOS app, you might’ve noticed the price is a little higher. That’s not us, that’s Apple’s extra charges.

The good news is you can still enjoy a smooth, fast checkout using Apple Pay or any saved card linked to your Apple account. It’s quick, secure, and just takes a tap.

But if you’re looking to save some money, there’s a smarter option:

Subscribe via the Bumpa Web app and get the exact same plan at a lower price.

Same features. Same benefits. But a better deal for your wallet.

So if you're planning to upgrade or renew soon, now you know where to do it. 😉

5. New Year, New Emails (Special Templates Coming Soon)
