Hiiiiii! And Happy New Year!

So, this isn’t exactly your typical blog post or an article to tell you some tips for growing your business. You’ll find a lot of those as you explore our blog, but for today, how about I just say hi and talk to you? Yes?

My name is Petra, and if this is your first time connecting with Bumpa, welcome. You’re in for an amazing ride! If you’re not so new, welcome again. You already know how we do, as a veteran!

I thought it would be great to introduce or re-introduce Bumpa to you. Bumpa 2024, and beyond. Everything that makes Bumpa what it is, and some of the things you should expect to get in the course of your very long journey (yessss, I said what I said) with us.

So again, welcome!

Bumpa is a fantastic, multifaceted company, way more than just an app on your phone or your laptop. Think about everything related to business that any business owner needs, and all of those things have been wrapped into one thing - Bumpa.

I like to think about Bumpa as 4 different, extremely important parts of a whole. And that’s how I’d love to introduce it to you.

Bumpa - The App

Dear reader, you have that one friend. The one who you tell everything to, who’s there when you need help, and also there even when you don’t know you need help. The friend who is there to cheer you on no matter what you’re doing, even if you think it’s silly. The friend you’ll cry to when you’ve had a tough day, or share the great news with when you’ve had a kickass breakthrough.

I’ll tell you something. I couldn’t possibly do life without my best friend. Everyone needs that level of support.

Understanding how your business is performing, and using numbers to make the right decisions is a thing that’s been in play for a while, and it’s not slowing down in 2024. Seeing and understanding these numbers easily? That’s a game-changer for any business.

You’ll get to meet Precious, who we’re all honestly just a little in love with. You’ll get to meet Nina, who will write you the most amazing emails with tips and tricks and business hacks. You might not get to meet everyone, but you’ll know that there are a group of amazing people who are building, designing and working on this one thing that will make your life as a business owner magical, the Bumpa app. And my goodness, what a beauty the Bumpa app is.

Bumpa - The Resources

I have a tiny secret to share with you right now, so make sure it stays with you and me.

The inspiration behind this secret is drawn from a very popular cartoon called Pinky and the Brain. This cartoon is famous for being quite funny and unique, but more importantly, for having one of the most epic openings of any cartoon in the history of cartoons that have ever cartooned. It’s a conversation between Pinky and Brain, the two main characters of the cartoon, and it goes something like this:

Pinky: “Gee, Brain. What are we going to do tonight?”

The Brain: “The same thing we do every night, Pinky. Try to take over the world.”

Now, unlike Pinky and the Brain who do not end up taking over the world - I mean, we’re still here clearly - our own goal is simple and very very achievable.
