The default website template is free. However, customisation is only available on a subscription plan & themes/website templates can be purchased separately.
I don't want bumpa.shop on my website link, can I change it?
Yes. You can purchase a custom domain on Bumpa or connect an existing domain to your website via a Bumpa subscription plan.
Can a Bumpa website receive international payments?
Yes. You can receive international payments when you activate our Stripe integration or through Apple Pay with a Bumpa Terminal account. However, we only support Naira & Dollar remittance at the moment.
Can I run ads on my website?
You can't run ads to display on your website, but you can run ads to your website through Facebook ads, Google ads, and lots more.
Will Bumpa promote my website and show it to people once I'm done with setup?
No. Bumpa creates your website, but the visibility to your customers is solely dependent on your marketing, how you share your website link & the keywords you use in your product names & descriptions.
Can I have payment on delivery on my Bumpa website?
Yes, you can. Simply set delivery option: Pay On Delivery on your website and set the price to N0.
